The City of Taylor adopted a new Comprehensive Plan on November 18, 2021. Envision Taylor Comprehensive Plan is a policy document intended to be used by city leaders, developers, business owners, and citizens to make decisions about how will grow and develop in the future. The process for developing the plan included multiple opportunities to get involved and provide input.

Comprehensive Plan Update - Samsung Electronics
The City of Taylor hosted a virtual meeting to solicit input from the public on an update to the recently adopted Comprehensive Plan to incorporate the new Samsung Facility on Tuesday, February 15 at 5:30pm. All residents were invited to participate and a total of 29 people attended. During the workshop, facilitators presented an analysis and overview of potential impacts to the Envision Taylor Comprehensive Plan.
