Taylor Code Tour

The Code Tour is designed to gather input from the Taylor Community as the development code is being drafted.

Submit your thoughts on the survey(s) below, then visit all the sites, either in person or online.

Results from the tour will be discussed at the upcoming community meeting, Wednesday July 13th at 1-4pm and 6-8pm at the Taylor Library. Details below.

#10: Lots near Rojas Tacos

What might it look like if these lots could redevelop into something really amazing? Considering the buildings and businesses nearby and what this neighborhood needs, could they become a gathering place, a place to shop, homes for neighbors in different stages of life?

Vacant land near Rojas Tacos. 400 S Main Street. Google Maps 2022.

Why it's on the Code Tour:  As neighborhoods grow and change over time, the needs of neighbors sometimes change too. This land could be zoned for uses that could add a lot to the quality of life here.

The question is: What variety of small business or commercial, and what types of residential might fit well here? Share your thoughts in the survey below.  (Survey now closed.)
