Why it's on the Code Tour: The unusual thing about this is Taylor's existing zoning does not allow buildings for commercial businesses or neighborhood services like this to operate in new residential neighborhoods. Zoning regulations like these are the reason new neighborhoods in Tayor feel different from older neighborhoods.
