The density depicted by the presentation is highly aggressive, probably impossible, and is misleading. This area adjoins to the Hills of Mustang Creek (HOMC). There are 38 lots in the Hills of Mustang Creek neighborhood. HOMC is about half the size of the depiction which has a pond, retail stores to include a grocery store, and things like a hotel and dance hall, plus many more than 38 homesites. The depiction is promotional and unrealistic.
